get up and dance!!!!

The intro was simply smashing. The melodies were very catchy and made you wanna dance. The percussions established a solid beat for the song. The part at 1:13 were it gets all high was super. Overall a very good track.

Suggestions: uhhhhhhhhh. I'm not entirely sure, but I think the leads could have been a tad louder. just a tad.

Yea, now that i listen they couldve been, oh well :D

Rather interesting piece of work.

The intro was a bit muddled for my taste, but then the music stopped and then picked up again quite nicely. The percussion was kool. The piano coming in at :55 or so kinda surprised me, as well as the other instruments. The song flows very nicely, and the transitions are smooth.

Suggestions: Hmmm. I guess you could have a bit more of a melody going on. I dun think I heard a "main" melody anywhere.

SymbolCymbal responds:

lol yeah i never did have much of a running melody ..thanx for the suggestion cause im in the process of making another like thisone

Great first ambient track.

First track was not bad. And I think ambient is one of the hardest genres to write for. I think the percussion was awesome. EVerything was kool

Suggestions: This is about about 3/4 abmient. Maybe if you had a pad or a instrument with just long chords it would complete it.

spankykins responds:

thanks for your review, i really appreciate it; the percussion is one of the most important things, i think

Ling a ling

Thanks for reviewing and adding me to your favorites :)

Finally

I've been waiting for u to submit something. The main theme of this song is catchy. I liked the bassline. The song was well structured. The only thing I didn't like was that the slowdown was a tad long. Other than that it was kool.

simply brilliant

the intro was simply smashing, then bam the leads come in and sweep the song away. the drum beat was nice and solid. I couldn't believe how kool this song was. The melodies flowed very nicely. then at 1:07 the awesome melody comes in again. and the piano part in the middle was awesome, too.

Suggestions: none. This song was utterly perfect. this gets a fav from me.

GronmonSE responds:

Hah, glad you liked it and added it to your faves list :D

Thanks for the review.

This was meant to be awesome

and it was. The vocals in the beginning set up the dark stage, and the piano comes in, like a light in the dark. then the melodies get going. then the drums come in and the song takes on a more peaceful feeling, like a starry night. Then the drums get a bit dirty, a very nice beat there. Then the drums take the stage with their awesome beat. then it stops and the piano comes in, creating another nice calming effect. Then everything fades out and the song ends with some killer vocals.

Suggestions: This song was kool and all, but it was a bit long. I really don't like to listen to stuff more than 5 minutes long. and this song was a bit repetitive in the middle. Other than that it was an awesome song. now go to bed :)

me wants moar.

Again, nice track. Still has that 8 bit feeling to it. Its nice and upbeat, and the melodies flow very nicely. I could see this in a retro video game somewhere.

Suggestions: Oh noes hes gonna say it.... ME WANTS MOAR. Its longer than the galaga theme. If you were to expand this into song, it would be SUPA AWESOME. I bet if you were to expand any of your songs it would be kool.

aod3 responds:

This was like me just messing around. I couldn't really think of where else to go at the time.

But yeah expanding it would be cool.

me wants moar.....

I liked the song. nice little 8 bit feeling you got on there. The melodies where kool. Reminded me of the old arcade galaga games I am so go at :). Nice flow to it, and it loops decently.

Suggestions: me wants moar. It is very short, and If you were to expand this into a song, It would be SUPA AWESOME. 8 seconds isn't enough.

=Review Request Club=

aod3 responds:

I should've expanded it

In the future i may.

Interesting style you got there.

Nice feeling to it. It conjures up images of Sherwood forest during the time of Robin Hood (Yes I know he doesn't exist). It flowed very nicely, and the melodies were awesome. A woodwind ensemble masterpiece.

Suggestions: I think some of your instruments are clashing. A bunch of instruments on the same octave at approximately the same volume will start to clash. And I think you could have done well with a percussion instrument of some sort. And that note at the end is about .5 seconds too long (sorry I'm so picky).

Adam-Beilgard responds:

Robin Hood, eh? A live recording of this would sound great, there'd be less of that clash of timbre you refer to and the note at the end would fade out properly without going on for days! I'll look into some percussion for my next project.

Thanks for the review!

Just another composer. Write classical and trance. I do take requests if you really want a song. My intelligence level is over 9000.
